"It's safe to say that my true passion is photography and design. I truly love the work I do. I have been shooting a long time now and still get excited each time I do it."
My Story:
| I decided to start my own business in 2005 when a company came into my home to take baby pictures for me and my husband. The gentleman came in set up his lights took about 6 pictures was in and out within 15 minutes; He came back about 10 days later with proofs. His poses were cute, don't get me wrong but my poor baby looked like a deer in headlights and the cost was outrageous. I right there and then vowed that i didn't want anyone else to pay that kind of money to capture precious memories... We sat there for almost 2 hours with him persuading us into a sale, which we did until he left and we could finally talk things out on our own. I decided it was then time to buy a digital SLR and do our own family photographs I slowly started taking pictures when ever i could and took some more schooling in photography to go along with the ecommerce and Design i took previous to having my son. Bit by bit i built up my studio equipment and then finally in 2008 i retired my Canon Rebel XT and I bought my Canon 50D 15 megapixel SLR and have never looked back. |
